1.1. These rules for the sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") define the mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and Cozy-Home, including the terms of the purchasing and payment for goods, deliveries and the return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and the other rights associated with the purchase.
1.2. Cozy-Home reserves the right to modify or supplement these conditions at any time, in accordance with the requirements of the law.
1.3 In confirming the Rules, the Buyer confirms that he or she has read and agreed with the rules for the purchasing of goods from the cozy-om.com online store.
1.4. The persons listed below have the right to order furniture at cozy-om.com:
1.4.1. natural persons, i.e. persons that have reached adulthood, and whose ability is not limited to judicial restrictions;
1.4.2. minors between the ages of fourteen and eighteen years with the consent of their parents or guardians, except when they are entitled to independently dispose of their income;
1.4.3. legal entities;
1.4.4. authorised representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
2. The conclusion of the sales contract
2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and Cozy-Home is concluded when the Buyer has added items to a shopping cart, and having specified the delivery address and become familiar with these Rules, has clicked on "I agree with the Rules of Sale" in an order confirmation window.
3. Buyer’s rights
3.1 The Buyer has the right to order goods from the cozy-om.com online store in accordance with these terms and the regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. Replacements or refunds for defective goods are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 "On Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade" of 22 July 2014. The Buyer, when refusing the goods, shall ensure that:
The returned goods remain in the original packaging;
The presentation is unchanged (with all stickers, protective films, etc.);
The goods are intact, not broken or assembled, and without explicit evidence of a building attempt – otherwise, the goods shall be treated as having undergone a change in appearance and will not be taken back;
The complete set of the returned goods is the same as the one that the Buyer received;
If the reason for the return of the goods is a discrepancy in the quality of the product, or the product is not in conformity due to the fault of the Seller, the Seller shall undertakes to replace the product of an inadequate quality at his own expense with another good quality product or, if possible, to return the costs to the Buyer, including the money paid for additional services (delivery, collection of the furniture);
If the Buyer refuses goods of an adequate quality, the costs for the additional services that have been provided (delivery to the house, collection of the furniture) shall not be refundable.
3.3. The Buyer may invoke Paragraph 3.2. only if the goods were not damaged, their appearance has not changed, they were not used and they were returned entirely in the original packaging.
3.4. In the event that at least one product does not comply with the rules specified in Paragraph 3.2., the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods.
4. Buyer's obligations
4.1. The Buyer must pay the price of the goods and the additional services (delivery, collection, etc.) and must accept the goods in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.
4.2. If the data specified in the Buyer's registration form has changed, it shall be updated immediately.
4.3. The Buyer undertakes to comply with the requirements of these Rules and with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.4. By accepting these Rules, the Buyer agrees that his personal data will be processed by an online store for the sales of goods and services and for the purposes of cozy-om.com.
4.5. If the Buyer wishes to refuse or to change an established order, he must do so in writing to the e-mail address: email@example.com. An oral report is invalid.
5. Seller's rights
5.1. If the Buyer attempts to damage the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store cozy-om.com immediately, without prior notice.
5.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate its activities in the online store without prior notice.
5.3. The Seller has the other rights specified by the regulations and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Seller's obligations
6.1. The Seller shall undertake to allow the Buyer to use the services correctly offered by the cozy-om.com online store.
6.2. If the Seller, due to important circumstances, is unable to provide the goods ordered by the Buyers, it shall undertake to offer the Buyer a similar product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the equivalent item of goods, the Seller shall refund the money paid by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days. In this case, the Seller is released from its liability for the non-delivery of goods.
6.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 5 (five) business days when paying via a transfer of funds.
6.4. If the Buyer has ordered a delivery by courier, the Seller shall undertake to ensure the delivery to the roadside curb of the specified address of the Buyer (the delivery service to an apartment or to a certain floor occurs only with an additional fee to the courier company).
7. Quality assurance of the goods
7.1. The properties of each item sold by cozy-om.com are mentioned in the product description for each item.
7.2. The Seller shall not be responsible for the fact that the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual goods in terms of their colour, size, shape or other parameters due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller will provide a 24-month warranty on all products, unless this is otherwise specified in the product specification.
7.4. The Buyer shall receive a guarantee from the date of the invoicing.
7.5. In the event that the Seller does not guarantee the quality of the goods for certain types of goods, the guarantee that is provided in the relevant regulations shall be valid.
8. Deliveries of goods
8.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer can choose how to receive the goods, i.e. to use the delivery service or to pick up the goods from one of the Seller's warehouses.
8.2. The goods shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. The courier will contact the Buyer in advance and agree on the delivery time.
8.3. The exact price for the delivery depends on the weight, volume, size and place of the delivery of the goods. The final amount for the shipping will become available at the time of forming an order.
8.4. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition, quantity and quality of the goods received with the courier.
In the presence of damage to the packaging, or inconsistency of the quantity or quality of the goods, the Buyer must specify the damage in the consignment note. After the acceptance of the goods by the Buyer and a signature on the consignment note without any remarks, the goods shall be considered to be without defects, with the quantity and quality corresponding to the terms of the sales contract.
8.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for a violation of the terms of the delivery of goods if the goods are not presented to the Buyer or are not delivered in time due to the fault of the Buyer, or in the case of circumstances specified by the Buyer.
8.6. The furniture is supplied in a box, and the instructions for assembling the furniture are attached to it.
9. Returns and replacements of goods
9.1. The Buyer can return the furniture within 365 calendar days without offering a reason, provided that the goods are in the original packaging and are not used.
9.2. Replacements or refunds for defective goods are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 "On Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade" of 22 July 2014.
9.3. To return the goods specified in Paragraph 10.2. of the Rules, the Buyer should inform the Seller by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
9.4. When returning the goods to the Buyer, the following conditions shall be met:
9.5.1. the returned goods must be in the original packaging for the order (this does not apply if a defective product is returned);
9.5.2. the integral items must be intact (changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were necessary in order to check the product cannot be considered as a significant change in appearance);
9.5.3. the product must not be used and must not have changed its appearance (undamaged labels, unbreakable protective films, etc.) (this does not apply if a defective product is returned);
9.6. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for the return of goods specified in this Article.
9.7. When the returned goods and/or defective goods are received, the Seller shall undertake to replace them with similar acceptable goods at his own expense. In cases where the Seller does not have the same goods available, he shall return the sum of money paid for the goods to the Buyer.
9.8. If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the quality of the product, it can be returned within 365 calendar days, with a refund of money being provided depending on the method of payment. The Buyer must return the undamaged goods by his own means to the Seller’s specified address.

11.4. The Seller shall send all the messages to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer in the order form.
11.5 The Buyer shall send the Seller all messages and questions via the provided contact details.
