Returns / exchanges of goods of the proper quality.
Please note that the genuine colours of the products may differ from the colours and shades visible on the website, depending on the colour reproduction of your monitor.
Please open your order at the time of the delivery and in the presence of the courier. In case of any discrepancies and/or damage to the goods, a claim should be made to the courier who, in your presence, will draw up a report on the detecting of a non-compliance and/or damage to the goods. After the receipt of the goods and the signing of the transfer documents by the customer, no claims regarding the quality, quantity, assortment, completeness, packaging and/or packing of the goods will be accepted (except for claims regarding hidden defects of the goods).
You have the right to refuse the goods at any time before they are received. Within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, the customer has the right to return goods of the proper quality in the event that the customer has met the following conditions:
- The appearance of the goods (packaging, seals, labels) has been preserved.
- The product was not in use.
- The consumer properties of the goods have been preserved.
- A document confirming the fact and the terms of purchase of the specified goods (order form or a cash receipt) is available.
The customer should fill out a return application and send it to the customer support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). The application will be considered within 5 business days, after which time the customer will receive a confirmation of the receipt of the return request. Following this, the customer must send the corresponding goods to the seller’s address or return the goods in person. When returning goods of the proper quality, the delivery is carried out at the expense of the customer.
If the goods were delivered in violation of the terms of the agreement regarding the quantity, assortment or completeness, the customer is obliged to notify the seller of these violations no later than within 20 days after the receipt of the goods.
Returns/exchanges of goods of an inadequate quality.
The recipient must check explicit defects in the appearance and completeness of the goods, as well as in the completeness of the entire order, at the time of the delivery of the goods (except in the case of a mail delivery). When the goods are delivered, the customer should place a signature on the delivery receipt. Cozy-om does not consider and does not accept any claims related to goods that have signs of usage, including external or internal damage (scratches, blunted corners, broken or split parts, deformations), in cases when the specified damage has been revealed after the transfer of the goods to the customer. Before returning the funds paid for the goods, Cozy-om’s employee will inspect the returned goods for the presence of damage that has occurred after the transfer of the goods to the customer.
In cases of the detection of the aforementioned signs of usage, the customer's claim (the Claim) shall not be satisfied, the funds will not be returned and the seller shall place the reasons for the refusal of the return in the customer's personal account.
You acknowledge and agree that your application for Cozy-om to complete the Order, as well as your registration as a User on the website, is a confirmation of your voluntary agreement with all the return policies listed above.
